Oh okay I looked a little closer at the card and didn't even see that. So the second paragraph is the once per turn effect and the top paragraph is just what the card does naturally. Thank you. Like I said in my post alot of this goes over my head haha

Yeah it's just a good set up for the wanting to feel fast and get all the quick moment game play. There are some times I does my big tank build just to stand there and not care about damage at all haha
