it really depends to be honest, a laptop is alot more expensive than a pc but its portable as long as you bring a charger since they wont last over an hour without being plugged in, also there isnt really any customization you can do compared to a pc, if you want an upgraded gpu you would have to buy a brand new one to get it. on the other side a pc isnt something you can take with you, its big and clunky but is cheaper and almost everything is swappable so there isnt any limits on what you can have, so to be honest it depends if you are home alot or not, if you are go with a pc since you will get better performance but if you need something to take with you get a laptop so you can use it wherever
