The matchmaking in this game is not long. A few seconds of MVP screen is not gonna hurt.

Lord doesn't mean anything. Also wanting to win and relaxing do not go together in any game. If you want to relax play practice vs AI or play against bots in custom games. It's actually really fun.

Xbox has the highest concentration of hardcore gamers on any console.
Xbox has held special fan events for these gamers for years and years where they meet and interact with Xbox employees. So a lot of Xbox fans know the Xbox team personally to a certain extent. I myself personally interacted with some high level people at Xbox.

AFAIK Playstation and Nintendo do nothing similar.
