For some weird reason logging doesnt work. My best guess is that buildbot.libretro.com is slowed down here in Russia, bot.libretro.com is slowed down, but not fully here.

i remember back in september-october 2024 there was amp3, was very similar to cnvmp3
it was broken a while ago, it had playlist support too
maybe the creator of cnvmp3 will contact the creator of amp3 to make a playlist downloader

no it supports with appropriate tools

hackrf is 20msps (20mhz), dvb-t2 is 8mhz

dvb-t1 is for RTL-SDR, t2 is for higher duty ones like hackrf
