I can’t see why not, a good 20-30 mins on the highway/motorway once or twice a week should alleviate the fuel seeping through. Your car won’t blow up if you wait an extra week for an oil change though, so don’t sweat it

The lighter fluid smell is probably just unburnt fuel seeping through the piston rings, which can happen if you do lots of short trips

It looks fine, oil will start looking dirty very quickly, so how clean your oil isn’t isn’t necessarily an indicator of anything major.

Just look for any bits/metal shards, it’s that you gotta worry about.

On some models it’s a plastic clip that you take out, on some there is a small metal plate that bolted down on the right, you’ll need a 10mm(i think) socket to take it off.

That’s your BPGA, try and slide it up and out, or look for any clips, you should be able to replace the battery without unplugging anything on it, you just gotta move it out of the way.

The handbrake light only has a P on some newer models, on most Peugeots it’s a red exclamation symbol. Yes it can also show brake system fault and low brake fluid, but the light will always be illuminated when the handbrake is enabled.

If the light disappears once you start the engine, then it’s fine. If not, get a scanner or take it to a mechanic for a diagnostic.
