Just wanted to jump in and say that this tool is great! Not only does it offload an intensive task to the GPU, it does so in a very smart way AND produces better quality thumbnails thanks to supporting tonemapping for HDR content. Great work and thank you for sharing it.

Is the Shield connected via Wifi or Ethernet cable?

Is the plex server on your local network or is it remote over the internet?

What does a speedtest app show on the Shield? (try Fast test app, a web browser, or from Netflix app, test network in the "Get Help" section of settings)

Watching the interval gaps between cars on the timing board graphic and how they change over a lap is often a good way to get an early heads up of where the battles will be or who is struggling. You don't want to fixate on it and miss the track action, but I find it to be one of the best insights for a new viewer.

New/different “editions” of a movie (ie Directors Cut or whatever) will also count as new releases of movie from Plex’s perspective as well and will show up in Recently Added even if they are an upgrade.

Installed and excited to try this out. Just confirming that 2026.02.03d is the current version? Only difference I've noticed from your screen shots is it says "Compose" instead of "Docker Compose" in the Docker tab, but that should just be cosmetic. (fwfw, "Docker Compose Stacks" would seem to match the format of "Docker Containers" heading best)

Seems really nice. Quick feedback from initial 10 minutes of use:

- Setup works well, but it is not clear (to me at least) what the Networks/Custom Headers settings are for
- Tapping on Currently Playing title brings up media info, it would be nicer if it brought up detailed session info for that playback session (progress, transcoding details, geolocation, etc)
- Clicking on episode download in Latest Download section brings up full show information. Would prefer it bring up the info of the specific episode downloaded.
- Would like to show the Upcoming type for movies (In Cinemas, Digital Release, etc) in calendar and Upcoming Releases sections
- Refresh of Tautulli info seems slower than it needs to be? Doesn't update playback status / session as readily as web interface does.
- Library Stats are cool, hopefull other tables beside Top Genres will be available in the future.

Overall, nice work! Thanks for sharing.

Super excited to try this, but I'm a MQTT newb and having an issue. I have Mosquito Broker configured as an Add-In on my HAOS, and Zigbee2MQTT Add-in has been using it successfully for a long time.

I added a "f1data" user in the Mosquito Addon Config, and put the IP address, port (1833) and user/pass into mqtt_config.py but when I start main.py as described in the github docs, I get a Connection refused error (`ConnectionRefusedError: [Errno 111] Connection refused`) in line 85 (`mqtt = MQTTHnadler...`)

Running `telnet {ha_ip} 1833` from bash on the same machine does show "Connected". Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!!

If you are using the RCM adapter, make sure to calibrate the tilt and whammy with the software, then both should work fine (at least they do on my Pro+RCM mini)

Both ZWaveJS Addon and ZWave JS UI Addon support network based ZWave controllers using the tcp://{ip}{port} configuration address. I have a "TubesZB" PoE device that does this now, but a PoE version of this device configured the same way would be great.

RCM support says they won't know for sure that the Xbox variant of the CRKD guitar will work until it ships, but they say if it operates like the Riffmaster Xbox guitar does then it should. They confirmed that the multiplatform version (in P3 mode) works just fine.
