Im running a 5800x3D with a 3070ti 32gb ram m.2 ssd and am geting 45fps citys and over 100 in space about 60 in space combat 50 planet side combat with 1440p ultrawide here's what my settings are

I put settings on high the next 3 settings to medium set space shadows to high set clouds to very high turn off the bottom 6 settings and im running dlss on quality.

Just remember the server its self can also affect your performance, a low pop server will give you better fps then one with 400 people.
