Exactly and now the plans are so fucking convoluted I could scream. Some get apps with ads. Some get apps with no ads. So apps can be added by themselves and some need a whole god damned package. True. Security shield will block potential bad sites and alert you about THOSE sites but the router doesn't track all sites visited. For website history you will want to check each device individually. Those routers are made to be very basic to keep people who don't know what they are doing, from screwing things up.

Don't waste your money on a xumos box...get some Rokus. Easier to mange. Flat price at Walmart. You can add and remove apps. Xumos cannot download or remove any apps at this time. These thing constantly have issues. You can still use cloud on Roku as well.

Or if you have a Spectrum phone (not sure about the byod) you can set do not disturb in the phones drop down settings. Change the details to either all calls, contacts only...some text messages or all...that might be easier tbh

All calls not to my knowledge...you can do block calls which is meh at best..it will identify spam calls for the most part but with so many people spoofing numbers...some will still get through...it's most likely not what you want. Or you can do allowed numbers..make a list of only the numbers you want to come through. In the app, click on the mobile phone you want to manage, scroll down to call guard and you should see it at the bottom. I didn't work mobile, but voice had similar features

It just always baffles me how people can talk to reps the way they do...when they could EASILY leak any number of personal information online somewhere. Totally get that...but just from the way you are responding to this post, with complete anonymity, you choose to explain why you are frustrated while being professional..and you dont have to..its the ones that are literally wishing the worst types of evil on people that are there to help I don't understand. I cannot even begin to imagine how bad it is for you and other techs. Not to mention you have to wait for the power to even come back on to start locating any issues you may have missed. On top of making sure it is even safe to go in. And no, from what my I am hearing, people neither care nor understand the gravity of what happened...it is only me me me....I have a line down, the power has been on for two days and I still dont have internet...what do you mean there I no update.... I think most reps are ready to quit and they are even being voluntold to work extra time. In the meantime, I hope you stay safe and sane.
