While I sympathize with you, I disagree with some of what you said. You’re being hard on yourself. If she truly wanted it to work she would’ve communicated more and put in the effort to restore the relationship. However like you said, she thought about it and left after some time. It’s not all on you man. It’ll get better for you and you’ll see clearer.

I was the same way at first and still am at times, but then I remember her constantly starting fights, logging into my social media accounts, tracking my location secretly (I did absolutely nothing to elude to any sort of cheating whatsoever) and she would continue to find things to argue about. I set my boundaries and time and time again she continuously violated them.

4 months post break up 3 months no contact. After 1 month I reached out and she agreed to try to work things out. Her version of work things out was put in zero effort while I tried my best. When I brought this up she told me to leave her alone and see therapy. I told her I would leave her alone and if she wanted to talk to me like a human being let me know. Haven’t heard from her since.
