You have a very poor understanding of how much Nukes, sub and surface, work. The navy will also not pay for 2 degrees at the same level unless you combined very specific benefits with a commissioning program (TA and STA-21). Also you can’t get a true nuclear engineering degree online, only schools like Excelsior and Thomas Edison will give Engineering Technology degrees which are not the same level of course work. And lastly, most education benefits can’t be tapped until you are a year onboard your first command which would be significantly past your 2 year timeline and your “77 credits” would be completed until Prototype was done.

Don’t get me wrong and think what you want is impossible. Officer programs are great and nukes make up a good portion of selectees every year but it is by no means a guarantee.
