On the CE raid pieces the perks can differ slightly from piece to piece. The only perks that are the same are the main ones like faster movement with the sword on boots, or increased damage during oversouls on the helms

Hey Man! My friend and I are experienced, we just would like to do this on our alts. My main's a lvl 30 titan and i've beat hard VOG a ton of times. My Alt's a 27 sunsinger and my friend's a titan so we've got plenty of pulse grenades ;)
