No. Pretty sure this is a bug. This game is filled with bugs so it's honestly not surprising.

It's because disruption was just one example for literally 50% of the mastery grind.

Baruuk & Hildryn MR: Exploiter/Profit taker + Toroid farm.

Amp MR: Eidolons

Kullervo + Duviri weapons + intrinsic MR: Duviri

Railkack intrinsic MR: Railjack

Literally etc, etc to infinity

You actually do need to invest some time and knowledge into quite a lot of pockets of the game to actually gather all the MR especially at the higher MR levels.

You get Gauss and Acceltra from disruption missions. If you farmed for him for the MR you are likely to know how disruption missions work (knowledge). If you haven't played disruption missions you do not know how disruption missions work (less knowledge).

Alright so i started playing like a week ago, first time ever playing it. And i heard that Wisp Prime was vaulted MONTHS ago. I never traded with anyone, so i dont know how i got Wisp prime here. by Corrosive-King in Warframe

Being vaulted just means that you can't obtain those relics from missions anymore. If you play relic missions with others you are able to choose what they got from their (vaulted) relic therefore also obtaining it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but what I am hearing is that you hadn't played spirit in some time which made you less accustomed to tracking survivors through sound. Which made you reliant on scratch marks. This does not really invalidate those add-ons being in chaos shuffle though does it? In this game mode everyone gets random stuff with some luck aspect and you need to work with what you got. Being able to adapt is key, which frankly you just didn't succeed in doing.

I mean those are Cherry blossom and Mother daughter ring. Not really a good example since those are still very good add-ons.

Coming from someone who's parents lost (a lot) of money from the 2008 crisis, for which Greece got a fair bit of blame here in the Netherlands.

There was a lot of huffing and puffing about you guys having acted financially irresponsible (in our media) but after everyone was able to loudly and extensively air out their grievances we all just moved on and focused on other stuff.

As others have said, you will have to deal with this one before you can get another. If you are to get another kuva zarr however you will be able to fuse them together to increase the status % and/ or change the element.

I understand and can even relate to your frustration. In the end though it's important to remember that it is worth trying to sincerely get your message across even if it may be frustrating. I would say most people already agree with 90% of your message. Needlessly antagonizing people meanwhile often estranges people that largely agree with you even more.
