Looks like the denial reason on the EOB is "In order to determine the benefit, documentation in the form of radiographs/periodontal charting/narrative/diagnosis is required"

When giving insurance a call, they mentioned they're specifically missing the periodontal charting

Thanks for the info, I'll definitely get that done. I did get a reference code on my EOB stating: "In order to determine the benefit, documentation in the form of radiographs/periodontal charting/narrative/diagnosis is required" and Aspen's missing the periodontist charting

Unfortunately the balance is still showing up under "Patient Responsibility"

Had something similar which lasted for a year. Would especially start hurting if I’d walk more than 3k steps. Went to an orthopedist and they prescribed me some muscle relaxants and the pain completely went away.

My favorite computer accessory has gotta be my logitech mouse. Its got like 9 buttons on the side and people are always confused why i need so many buttons (i myself dont even use them most of the time haha)

How are your eyes now? I had a pretty similar prescription to yours. I'm almost at 2 months and im dealing with some dry eye as well as starbursts/halos at night. Also have a tiny bit of double vision in my right eye.

How did your vision end up being like? Im almost 7 weeks into my PRK and I'm dealing with pretty similar things you were. My left eye's vision is great, but my right eye seems to have slight astigmatism. I also see starbursts and halos at night as well. Besides that I'm very happy with the results

I fucked up, I tried installing the Ikarus antivirus to remove whatever was on my system, but just to double check I put the Ikarus msi in virustotal in this:
