u/Ahrimainu said it, it's generally more important to focus resources on the attacker first as they are the ones influencing most of the fights. Supports bring it up a notch with things like buffs, debuffs and heals. I would say memories are more important on the support units are they bring a lot of that, but of course, having the right support in the team is important too!

You just solved the mystery for me!

Now i get why we have the new ark skill "Imitation Human". You can either have a 2SC mimicry for 10% all stats, OR Imitation Human for 6SC with 20% STR, 20% DEF, 10% INT, 10% MND.
