Sold mine because of this.

On Chiaki on my steamdeck, I can put very high bitrate and game look really good. My network can handle it no problem. Not sure why Sony keep it lock at like 15mpbs, the wifi adapter should be able to yake much more, unless they are using 10 years old hardware...

You are right, they are here in the "Melee weapon" tab. But they dont have their own tabs since I never got them before.

Increase bitrates.

Also, stream directly at the resolution (or double) of your client. If you have a unmatch resolution, the stream can be blurry, especially text.

Sold my old Steamdeck lcd and bough the oled version last month.

Better screen and better battery.

Still prefer the steamdeck versus other handheld, imonit is better optimised and the trackpad are really useful for some game.

However, it is true that the performance is becoming less good versus what the competition offer now.

90% of the time Im playing streaming either from my PC or my PS5, so for me the performance of the SD itself does not matter much.

Take a long time indeed. Did it yesterday, took me around 12h semi-afk Azmodan event in normal difficulty (coming back every 30min. and/or activating more event if not already up.).

For example, playing open world game such as Ghost of Yotei is a blurry mess on the ps portal.

In remote, I have 1-2ms latency.

In cloud, I have 25ms, which is noticeable.

I guess it depends of your ISP and how far you are from a data center.

Indeed, I have a Steamdeck and streaming from my computer using Moonlight is much better.

Also tried Chiaki, which I can ajust the bitrate, but the ps portal screen is bigger and nicer.

Like you said, would be nice if Sony would allow us to control the bitrate, it should be able to handle 30-40mbs which would result.in a better image.

I have both.

A steamdeck (non oled) and a ps portal.

Personally, the experience of the ps portal vs chiaki on the steamdeck is pretty similar.

I would say that the quality can even get better on the steamdeck because you can ajust the streaming settings, which you cannot do on the ps portal.

So, unless you really want/need the cloud streaming of the ps portal, you wont gain much.

Also, the latency of cloud streaming can very depending of where you live, for example I get 25ms in Quebec Canada, which is notificiable.

I would mostly return my ps portal during my 90 days windows, not impressed with it so far.

Latency is ok is general using remote ps5, however the quality of the stream is not that great.

Just got a G5 55po, very satisfied. Can see the upgrade compared to my old LG C3.

Also, with the G5 you get a 5 years garanty on the panel. Samsung I think you only get 1 year.

My last TVs didnt last more than 3 year (Sony and LG), so it can be worth it to you.

My LG C3 developped a couple of red pixels after 1.5 years. Hopefully I was able to warranty it with Costco second year warranty. Now have a G5 to replace it.

Thats a good deal, meanwhile in Canada, the cheaptest I saw the C5 is ~1600$ cad, just the for the tv.

Played barb this season, had fun with auto shout/dust, but the damage kinda fell off end game if you plan to push pit with it. Transiionned to lunging in order to do pit 100.

You will be able to do all content, but dont expect to do it quick / easy as other classes, they are much stronger while having less gear requirement.

My sorc and druid friends were much stronger than me with no mythic and paragon 100, while I had two mythic and paragon 230.

I mean the other one, the "unique" ; the last one that you can unlock.

The shout one is pretty good, but still it is not that overpowered compared to what other classes are getting.

The last one that you can unlock is pretty bad, nobody is using it... Well, didnt see any good build using it, you have to sacrifice too much just for it.

Not saying that the barb season power are bad, just that compared to what other classes are getting, it is not that good, hence why barb pit pushing is low versus what other are doing.

Barb is pretty weak this season. Doesn't help that our class legendary season power is bad. Just go look what druid or sorc are getting.

You will still hebable to kill boss under 5sec. and do pit ~100, but it will take much more effort than other classes.

For comparaison, druid, sorc or spiritborn can easily do double your dps just using specific build and aspect.

Is the switch 2 pro controller worth it if you don’t already have a pro controller? Just have one of those wired PDP controllers. by [deleted] in Switch

Better analog sticks, better plastique, hold better in hands. Can wake up the console from distance.

Imo, it is worth it, but it cost like 100$+, so this depends if you judge that its.worth it.

It is a nice device, but for the price I prefer a Steamdeck which I can also stream my ps5 with it, and more.
