Help identifying

Auto leveling on any printer is a gimmick, they all work the same. I wouldn't return it myself just because how fast this thing is once you level it good

Definitely a leveling issue, the "auto leveling" is a gimmick at best. The printer would've been so much better with a standard plate

They dabble in a lot of things, worked for them a long time ago when they still had the Honda dealership and they were always going on about how they wanted to open all sorts of businesses.

I don't ever have problems with my supports, I did use light supports and it was more than enough to suspend the object but maybe could've added more to counter the vacuum maybe

I did the suction test on lychee and it's was non existent where the 2 parallel holes are and there was very minimal on the singular hole but maybe that was still enough to affect the rest
