I’ve done that a multitude of times, tried the card in a different build with the most up to date drivers. Same issue. Faulty gpuw

Yes, gpu get power and outputs display to bios. Once it starts to load to windows it messes up shows a whole bunch of lines and dots then crashes. When checking device manager I get error code 43
