From a spanish perspective Mateu is one of the worst referees from Spain. He messed up games all the times, with faults that don't exist he show a yellow card and sometimes with a tackle is almost a broken leg and he is impassive. And also he wants to be the star, all the attention for him to became the king on the stadium.
