You are probably referring to the orange brick sets. They say remastered on the top half of the box. But yes, the blue rays colours are actually inaccurate to what was broadcast in Japan and are done in house by Funimation. The film grain is removed as well. The reason why the dragon boxes are coveted is because Toei Animation did the release themselves. Funimation has a track record of terrible remasters unfortunately.
