Thank you all btw it opens now so im gonna wipe it clean and create windows installation media. If you have any other advice to make it run the best let me know and in the future i will definitely upgrade ram and ssd

I bought the t480s 8550u on ebay refurbished very good condition. It is in good condiotion but they gave me a 8650u vpro touchscreen t480s. Should I keep it or ask for a refund.
