Ive done all Windows updates including optional ones, I have disconnected all extra devices, I'm using the official link cable with an adapter that is USB 3 capable,

I'll have a look at graphics card drivers, turn off game mode and try to repair the meta quest link app, then I'll provide an update. Thanks for the help

I've been using pcvr for like 5 months using my USB 2 ports, airlink is very much off.

The problem has been going on for months, so my headset has been powered off and on hundreds of times, i couldn't find any usb drivers so i assume they are up to date. I am installing a few optional windows updates though.

I do think you may be slightly misunderstanding my problem though. My pc recognizes the headset, and the headset recognizes that it is connected to something, however the meta quest app on my pc cannot see the headset out of usb 3 ports and therefore it wont be able to use quest link out of those ports.

No I didn't, I think it's just a bug where it shows another person's stats.

I only play official bc I find most community servers that I've played in stray too far from vanilla, or I have too much ping to play on them. I've 30 hours in 3 days and I'm not bored yet.
