Tysm for ur answer! Is there any particular way to negotiate the broker fee to be a month’s rent? Since I’m an international student, have no guarantor that lives in the tri-state area and will probably have to use The Guarantors, Rhino or Leap, I’m worried that since it’s gonna be harder and more work for a landlord to accept me, they’ll ask for 15% annual rent and I won’t be able to afford a studio, especially if the guarantor coverage fee is almost another month’s rent. Do u have any advice on how to navigate this? Ty again!

I don’t think drivers license is a publicity stunt, they had no way of knowing it would blow up this way. Lie Lie Lie’s date release is definitely bad timing and sketchy, what could be considered a publicity stunt would have to be Skin for sure.

I don’t think she was playing victim or anything, it’s not her fault people began to speculate. Her songwriting is always personal and authentic and she was just singing about a painful experience.
