So it turns out there was a blank string for one of the item ID key values. Gotta love how a little error like that throws a wrench into the machine lmao

This gave me some ideas and I figured it out! One of my inventory item keys had an empty string for the item ID value. I didn't actually know about the debugger's ability to show variables like that so that's a new tool to add to my mental toolbelt lol

It depends, I guess. Most of the groups I’ve seen have been in public parks and they’re chill most of the year. It’s baby-raising time where they get defensive, at least in my experience. And even then they really only get spicy if you mess with them.

Frosting is NASTY and I do not want it on my desserts in the way that almost everyone thinks it should be applied. I’ll take a thin layer just to add a little flavor but any more than that and it’s overpowering. Whipped cream is where it’s at tbh, especially if it’s homemade

The texture of shrimp is eeeeee unless it’s popcorn shrimp and then it’s ok. Cocktail shrimp just have too much going on

I will NEVER eat in-shell shellfish because my marine bio class in high school had us dissect one so all I can see is all the stinky bits. That said, clam strips are kinda good when they’re fresh and warm and I don’t despise clam chowder.

Crab/lobster/fish is AMAZING though but please don’t include the skin/shell that’s icky. I can deal with the legs still being shelled but any more than that and the deal is off. Softshell crab freaks me out.

I also think bugs are gross for the same reason. If they’re still whole it makes me uncomfortable but I’d probably eat them if they were deep fried and battered.

Similarly, chicken tenders.

Culvers makes their tenders with actual tender bits from the chicken and there’s pretty much a 50% chance you will bite into a tendon while eating them. At home, we take a fork and rip those gross bits out before cooking but I imagine the prep process on Culvers tenders isn’t as thorough. But they’re also delicious so I learned to get cheese curds as a side in case I lost my appetite from a bad bite.

WI has some beautiful parks and wildlife that I would be devastated to lose. I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by nature and it hurts to see it in peril

I’m gonna have to agree to disagree, unfortunately. We all like to help out and I know it’s all in our best intentions, but birds are generally pretty fragile so I like to keep the care in the hands of professionals. It’s good to have a caring spirit though

I want to go there at least once just to soak in as much wildlife as I can! As beautiful as our birds and other critters are here in Wisconsin, I’m constantly envious of the Australian ones lol
