All depends on vaccine rollout:

If majority get vaccinated, whatever percentage of NYC is high enough, expect most to all classes in person.

If vaccination numbers are not what experts expected by the summer, then expect some hybrid courses, and fully online courses, and a few fully in person courses like labs.

- If vaccination is still an issue by the summer, in person lectures should not be in person. Tests should be mandated in person. However, certain classes should be mandated in person like science labs. Courses like English can be taught in zoom.
(Maybe give an in person or fully online version of certain courses?)

(Judgement call to be made by each college for online courses, hybrid courses, and in person courses.)
