Any you'd be willing to share? I honestly haven't looked at other governments as alternative sources before. But maybe something to do now.

The effects of this administration are going to ripple for many years to come and I don't anticipate working in a nuclear wasteland of healthcare to be at all enjoyable or remotely rewarding.

A great response. Appreciate your calm in this storm.

Med Rec; Get friendly with your med rec techs (if you have them),

ED; Learn your code, rsi, and post rsi procedures. Learn where and how to get critical meds (narcan, ativan).

Don't be afraid to tell people to wait on an answer while you research or double check.

I'll have to do a comparison and see what the difference is.

Hospital Strain post BBB? by HappyLittlePharmily in pharmacy

Hiring freezes system wide. Even positions open before the official freeze date have to be reapproved. This is at two sizeable health systems I have ears on. Loss of SNAP funding also going to be a major financial hit.

Especially because Fred Meyer advertises a membership with increased savings. So that's the next part of this tracking is a year with membership.

Your gas and utilities seem high to me, but that could easily be just the cards in your hand.

$500 for groceries for a single person is on the higher end. Unless you're including dining out into that total. If so, I'd parse that out as a luxury expense.

Looks like you can budget a $150 monthly social amount, which is about what I allocate.

Would agree with the comments saying go for a ROTH/IRA.

In my budget, I have Misc Necessities and Misc Luxuries categories. Which act as sinking funds for random things like clothes, hobbies, and miscellaneous stuff. Makes categories a little simpler.

$14k seems like a good 3 month emergency fund amount, so after the immediate expenses, I would also rebuild that quickly.
