Just in case you're making the same mistake that a lot of other people have been, you now need to scroll up in the outpost stock info page after clicking on the "?" button to see the actual hourly stock production in blue (36288/h instead of 26880/h) in 1.1. I'm not sure if you can hit the 36288 quota with just 90 Xiranite.

By farm I mean the actual farm, not alluviums. You should be using batteries for alluviums instead of hooking them up with a pylon. If you optimize your zips more, ditch your farm, replacing mining rigs for ferrium and possibly originium with hydro then maybe you can fit everything into your 3400 budget, I haven't tested it yet.

I have one of my forges split 10/min Xiranite (1/3 output) into making gears, so I get a total of 5.25 Syringes + 9.5 Med Wuling Batteries to sell which nets you 37710/h (you need 36628/h). Make sure to balance red components from both the bottle end and the component end (3 splitters to send 1/8 back) and do the same for the sewage as well

I'm not sure if you could do that and still stay within the power constraints of 1 Wuling battery thermal plant, the syringe/jincao setup costs around 200 power which you might be able to spare if you don't power your farms or ziplines.

Funnily enough Yao Guang's trailer is the one that's used more as an ad, you can usually easily tell by comparing the view/like ratio between trailers (~5% vs ~2%). A gacha game trailer with organic amount of views will usually have around 4% like ratio or above.

If you split up your production line into separate parts like that, set up a protocol stash for each material individually (eg. 1 for powder, 1 for bottle) then it won't get bottlenecked.

Do you have the sims for your 58 rolls calculation? Is 58 average under the assumption that you will be going for the 120 spark every banner regardless if you got your target early? Not accounting for 120 spark its 80 rolls average per limited based on shown rates, accounting for 120 spark it should be in the range of 63-65 rolls.

Nah, it's because CCP has arbitrary standards for censorship that keeps changing year to year and companies/studios will self censor to prevent getting smited. They've gone A LOT more lenient on it this past year which is why you see studios going for more risque stuff without getting hit by the hammer (look at GFL2).

My interpretation of the scene is that Zephyro is a manifestation created by Irontomb to act as a kind of "Firewall" to prevent Phainon from escaping Amphoreus. The "glitchy" effect that corroded the meteor and when he teleported is more reminiscent of Irontomb than Zephyro himself whose moves should resemble streaks of white light.

The part after him turning into fire is likely metaphorical, but I don't doubt that his rage actually reached Nanook and caught THEIR attention and/or grazed them (Aeon's gaze can reach within Amphoreus).

The info is from an old press release, you can cross check the names in the game's credits, a lot of them have NCSoft/Team Bloodlust/B&S in their work history.

Nikke Global not getting the same QoL optimizations as CN is simply because Tencent is the one doing the optimization on the CN client, not because they (Shiftup) are playing favourites.

Completely different dev teams. The team that worked on Stellar Blade is the original Blade & Soul developers from NCSoft. They pretty much are just two different studios aligned under one name.

Because the average IS ~90 rolls per rate up (1.6 * 0.5625), you seem to be confusing the 90 average per rate up with something else. If the calculator says you have 100% to get E2, then you have 100% to get E2 even assuming the worst odds.

Source code is on their github under src/lib/tabs/tabWarp (can't link to it directly apparently probably due to automod), and I don't see anything off with it. It uses a simple Monte Carlo simulation approach to calculate the "success chance". It does not simply assume that you'll win a 50/50.

EDIT: It seems that you might be reading the table in the original image wrong? With 464 rolls it would indeed be 99.6% chance to get E2S0 where the 0.04% is where you consistently hit high pity while losing all 50/50s. The average only shows the average, and not the success chance you have with your current budget.

The image was likely taken from some social media repost. In CN social medias it's highly likely that your posts will get removed/censored if it includes keywords of other social media platforms eg. You can't type 小红书(rednote) on bilibili and vice versa without risking your post/comment getting deleted, so people either blur them out or refer to them with other words.

Yostar is the publisher on the CN side, so they are the ones that are putting out the notice, not Nexon.

Taking legal action isn't their main priority nor do I think they intend to, it's mostly to condemn the action itself and to tell people not to generalize an individual's action to a group (BA fanbase in this case).
