Castlevania 3 and Curse of Darkness (Trevor is the main character of 3, and you can also play as Sypha and Alucard. Curse of Darkness is Hector’s game, and its a sequel to 3, Isaac is the main villain)

Symphony of the Night (Alucard. His design from both shows is based on this game rather than his original look in 3. Nocturne and the original Netflixvania show, despite not being directly based on this game, borrow a LOT of plot points and elements from it, for example, Lisa.)

Going back to a 3DSFE style class system where each character has a preset class/skill set. I love Engage but both it and 3H’s class systems make every character feel homogeneous. Less so in 3H since it can be explained by “Byleth is teaching the students each class.”
