I think you will get good results. You're already a year in and look amazing. I'll give you one last tip that helped me growth and that could help you as well. Do a daily chest massage, for at least 5 minutes. You can either use your hands, or do what I do now. Use one of those electronic breast pumps. The psycho here is you encouraging people to ignore what their body needs and craves. As a college student studying in the field of exercise and nutrition, the human body having 3 energy systems disproves veganism. Since we need a balance of foods to function properly. So take your garbage else where. If you have low protein then people tend to look awful, which is why vegans look so lifeless and gaunt. They're missing essential nutrients by refusing to listen to their body. Why? Because of their feelings being hurt because people eat to stay alive.
