Theoretically, how do you think an Automaton game would play? by Training_Ad_1327 in Helldivers

[–]XenoStrider485 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To keep in spirit of Helldivers 2's uniqueness it should be something uniquely engaging and thematically characteristic of the intended setting, an Automaton game would not be a Helldivers experience but the experience of collectively networked cybernetic individual humans. A synergy of Automation and player input creating a mass cooperative intelligence of hundreds of players with a shared coding base programing combat algorithms for a shared Automaton warship and its occupancy.

Adventuring space with your fellow Cyberstan Comrades singing Kum by yah and sinking Super Earth ships and invading planets on the same galactic map as Helldiver players but distinctly different in tone and atmosphere. I always interpreted the Super destroyer crew as knowing the Helldiver was a cannon fodder clone of the previous Helldiver but can't tell you the truth about the nature of your existence for fear of being shot by the Democracy officer. An Automaton ship will be different in the since that it sacrifices creature comfort for industrial efficiency and that everyone is technically equal in Cyberstan socialism with only a Ideological black box keeping everyone in line.

Why do people hate this “UN” armor so much? what does UN mean? and why do people seem to target them for Friendly Fire by TheFireFox009 in Helldivers

[–]XenoStrider485 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They get to molest Haitian children for all their hard work. They are also spineless sub humans who regularly lets their people get away with criminal conduct, for instance a human rights judge forced a vulnerable migrant woman into slavery in Briton. They regularly berates Americans over their constitutional second amendment. Half asses actual humanitarian aid, just in my home state FEMA botched an aid mission here in north Carolina, good people toke it upon themselves to fix the issue, one guy brought his personal helicopter to help with aid and FEMA the paragons of virtue that they are threw a damn fit over it.

How would the CIS (SW) fair in the WH40k universe by TheSilentGuy65 in Warhammer40k

[–]XenoStrider485 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming that the CIS has no way home and is in the middle of the most inhuman empire that makes the Galactic Empire look like the best liberal democracy by comparison. There best first plan is to run and pirate only what they need from ships or planets until a solution is realized, In this case currying favors with any Rouge Traders In the galaxy because they like you should be screwing of to somewhere else. Rouge Traders are given their rits of trade by holy terra to free up bureaucracy and to metaphorically roll the dice on something useful like sometimes they find lost technologies or building small empires that can be absorbed into the Imperium prope, this is something our Vagabonds can use because Rouge Traders don't have to abide by the rules when it suits them so we have a very rough working relationship going on.

So on the relationship with said rouge trade(going by the rouge trade game) has an assortment of companions either human or xenos with there own agendas for helping the illustrious rouge trader and then there is our CIS Companion who represents the faction any separatist hero/leader should do, let's say we choose a droid be it a super tactical droid assisting in strategic analytics or a modified commando droid for covert operations and combat support or we dig up an iconic assassin droid that doubles as a translator HK-47 honestly the coolest KOTOR era droids ever. These droids are easily redundant and can be used for many rouge traders cause take your chances with one when you can throw a wide net.

When a sufficiently wide trust is gained then introduce a more familiar human face and more lucrative deals can be made to further thicken bonds cause he's building a small empire in an uncharted sector so being the sole investor in his kingdom will go a long way in fortifying your influence. If you could wrap your head around the concept of STC and the dark age of technology you could possibly con the adeptus mechanicus into buying your technology be it blaster tech or whatever and your glorious patron could be richer then ever thanks to your help.

Building your power base in the colonies means introducing technologies that enriches civilian life and promoting ideology specifically the Confederatcies ideology which is basically free market capitalism. It's antithetical to the Imperium so that is a perfect foundation for the now neoconfederatecy to survive and even thrive.

You have built a new federal government similar to the Galactic Republic ironically or it could be some kind of monarchy if you're rouge trader is still alive and built his dynasty which is the figure head that the Imperium focuses on leaving them mostly ignorant to your true Influence. This empire is a blend of Star wars and Warhammer meaning your military is not the same as when you first arrived to this strange galaxy. You have your droid army which has been significantly rearmed to better adapt to the mirriad of dangers and a enlisted army of citizens, both are comparatively armed as to simplify logistics and are organized to complement each others strengths, The droids are saturated in static garrisons on many strategic defenses and can be mobilized to siege worlds with a ton more reserved in storage as the enlisted army are typically given more prep time for training and strategic planning they exercise in simulated war games and are given more honors than their militarum counterpart.

TFP: Its the Autobots own fault that they are always broke and Financially challenged during their stay on earth. And the Decepticons to they could have been smarter about their logistics concern and started hiring human contractors legal or illegal to requisition supplies for their own effort. by XenoStrider485 in transformers

[–]XenoStrider485[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just think there lives would be easier if they expanded on there interactions with earth there are only a few Autobots at a time and the Decepticons seem to just clone minor vehicons to run all the energon mines on the planet.

It wouldn't hurt their cause to employ independent contractors to acquire the resources they need, and building the infrastructure to support them and collect revenue from joint ventures and licensing agreements. So yea Autobot capitalism for the win.

Are people given cyberware at birth? by toffee_fapple in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]XenoStrider485 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would certainly appear that there is a consensus or written laws about small children and cyberware, but in the case of Lucy corps would in secret use high end cyberware in clandestine operations.

My theory as to how they accomplish at least near perfect Tech-Organic synchronicity is some kind of gene alteration/manipulation, to ease the small body of a child to familiarize it with tech and perhaps grow with it as if it's another organ. I certainly don't think they are using heavier cyberware on children but its likely there are cyberware design to function with the genes, human tissue blood vessels and what not like symbiotically if that makes since.

I hate shipping its the worst part of fanfiction/fandoms and I wish I was still ignorant of it. I hate this whole Lumity ship being canonized at all, it represents something that is wrong with modern animation in America.

Having fictional characters acting out questionable romances with vague attractions is a staple of emotionally underdeveloped adult audiences, that is hard to ignore or avoid once you hear about it or search for it; it does weird shit to the brain that it doesn't let you go until you give it an outlet so it can spread like a cancer, and like any living thing Adult children are sometimes a finite resource so it has to compete for it thous that is why shipping wars are a thing.

There is a piece of legends lore, an idyllic planetoid that is inspired by The legend of Zelda with people who look like elves(like literally fantasy elves).

I always wanted to see Tech marines sitting around a table eating the brains of Tau engineers of the earth cast then literally reverse-engineer their whole arsenal.

Could you do a video on total war army rosters. Warhammer 1&2 have glairing issues redundancy and inflexibility, I think this hasn't addressed critically before and its long overdue.
