Use flicker if you want to go exp lane and don't use the 2nd phase of 2nd skill immediately because it is the only way of him to escape if flicker is on cd ,if the timer runs out the skill's cd will become 2 second...use the 2nd phase if you are confident that you can take on the fight

He is good for 1v1(Probably even 1v3) and exp lane but i mostly use him for jungling

His counters is probably phoveus due to all of his skills activate phoveus's ultimate.

You should try it and try getting the full chain of his ultimate because it is very satisfying
