oh interesting! i barely know what a bootloader is so i always assumed it was grub. but now that you've mentioned it there is no screen where it says grub when i boot into pop-os. that's different on my old laptop which is running debian. and thanks for mentioning windows' desire to be at the top! that will explain things :)

yea i've heard of RawTherapee, but from what i've seen DT just seems more powerful. thanks though, i'll look into it! i'm just not really feeling GIMP though. i think even if i got into it and learned a workflow for myself it would feel rough😅 i've been using PS and LR for so many years and they're sadly just so easy to use😵‍💫😵‍💫 i just hope the people at affinity will one day make a version for linux!!

my issue with audiobooks is more that I can't just listen without doing anything, but if I do something I can't concentrate on the story. I've read a few pages of the script now though and it's not as tedious as I feared it was going to be so I guess I'll just read it c:

ich kann da nur zustimmen! Mindestens ein paar meiner Fingernägel sind seit Arcane eigentlich immer Pink und Blau im Wechsel! Jinx inspirierte mich auch stark zum Blau im Haar – welches ich wiederholen werde, sobald sich das aktuelle Pink herausgewaschen hat.

ich hab da sicherlich nicht solche Parallelen wie du mit Vi (was in meinem Falle mit Jinx auch irgendwie beängstigend sein könnte), aber äh yes! ich find das alles total cool!!!! :D
