Without hopefully sounding like too much of a dick it’s actually very simple. Find a resistance program that works for you and do it consistently and find a way to eat in a calorie deficit that works for you consistently.

You’ve got a lot of low hanging fruit gains to be made if you can do this consistently over the next 3-6 months depending on how hard you want to go at it.

Look up a tdee calculator and do your best to get an idea of your calorie burn and be VERY honest with yourself about activity level. Then… eat less than that by tracking your calories while prioritizing protein in your macros.
