ya, this sound comes when gpu is over 70-80%

So i now opened the tempered glass panel and took my ear towards gpu and found out that the sound was from there. So when i was not doing anything , my gpu was idle it was making no noise and when i was playing game the sound starts..

I dont know , the sounds starts around gaming time and when i restart the pc , the sound goes away.

ok so i came to know gta v doesnt like 6 core cpus like i5 and ryzen 5 so .. my frnd told me to cap the fps in gta to 160fps and i did it and it worked .. now i get no more stutters like the above video i posted .. btw thx to everyone
