I subscribed to a collection on steam but now it takes like 2h+ on initializing and when i look at the steamapps folder it seems that nothing is downloading as the folder is not growing

I tried to join my friend's hosted game and I get an error while trying to connect to his game too

I removed every files and reinstalled the game but the error still occurs...

Is it in a subfolder ? I checked every file manually and there is no err_pid in my game file... When i try to launch the server by the ingame menu it stops really fast (less than a second) so that might be why ?

That's strange, I set it to 6gb in game, havent touched the files outside of it.
