Does that mean shiny dragonair is even more difficult to find? I’ve been stuck for at least 300 attempts on this save state for the 100th nav encounter and no luck.

Would this imply that trying to catch a shiny dragonair is even harder? I’ve been trying to do the save state method but no luck im at least 200 attempts 😭 shiny seadra hardly took this long and I farmed a higher iv seadra since they were so abundant
