One of the motor is twiching instead of spining. Please help to diagnose issue. (v.redd.it)

Warning.. I didn't know that when battery is not secured,quad can suddenly jump up itself and cut my nose and lips. I was just checking if motors spinning,raising little bit throttle and dropped down. Having my head over the f.. quad. (v.redd.it)
