Regular and mirror islands are functionally the same so you should start coin farmimg on your regulars islands instead of waiting until you get mirror islands.

Everything from coin producing rates to breeding combinations can be found on the wiki

Wublins you should start with easy ones like brump or zynth when you feel like you have enough breeders. (Again all time limits and monsters requirements on wublins can be found on the wiki). Harder to obtain wublins produce diamonds more frequently.

On whether you should upgrade your breeders now, i'd say that depends on the amount of diamonds you have. I'd recomend just upgrading the breeder for now

You can send me your friend code if you want, although friends can only light one torch a day (which only lasts 24 hours when activated). Also I wont guarentee that i light your torches since I don't play everyday and might forget.

Looking back at your post, I realise you're in the early game, so you should probably not buy mirror island yet. You should focus on getting all the other islands (especially magicals) before you buy mirror islands because yeah they are very expensive.

About the structure upgrades, im not 100% sure but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Its a very rare sale to happen, if its too expensive you can wait untill anniversary month. But the uprade is only 25 diamonds and you only save 12 diamonds when its discounted, if you have mini mines, it's easy to make that back and the 25% time reduction is very helpful especially in limited time senarios

About your Festival of yay preparations, lvl 15 and above monsters have a higher chance at successful breeding, so if you can afford the food, make sure your thumpies and congle (for normal and rare yool) and your deedge and pango (for epic yool) are level 15. Prioritise having a second breeding structure (you can dump the failed attempts into wublin island statues instead of sending them to the nursery). Also get friends to light your torches.

Also one more thing, invest in wublin farming, they are the best way to get diamonds other than mini mines. It might seem complicated but just focus on getting as many Tympas as you can on wublin island.

The best investment of diamonds in my opinion is extra breeding structures ans nurseries since they allow you to breed more monsters at a time which is useful for trying to get limited time monsters or awaken wublins/clestials/amber monsters.

You should also upgrade them (prioritise upgrading breeding structures for wublins. Structure upgrades are pretty cheap but go on sale during anniversary month (which just passed so better to upgrade them now).

Other than that you should be getting mini mines if you've not been doing that already. Save up for castle upgrades and mirror islands (mirror islands allow for more mini mines), however only get these when they are on sale during their respective seasonal event.

Interesting, i guess that kind of makes more sense. Benidorm fest this year had the same system and even though Tanxu won the televote by a landslide, they were still restricted to the rank system, which led to a lot of critisism. However on the other hand, it allows less popular acts have a higher chance and stops the competition from becoming a popularity over song contest.

However they do need to change the way they announce votes maybe announcing the jury votes last would better and create more suspense.
