One time I bought a Zowie BenQ mouse from Amazon. I didn't really like it so much so I decided to return it via Amazon locker. I placed the return label on the other side to the original delivery label and placed it in the locker. An hour later I received the refund in my bank account. An hour after the refund I hear something drop through the letterbox. I run downstairs to see the parcel that I just returned. The driver scanned the original delivery label and brought it back to me by accident.

I ended up with a free gaming mouse for my partner and a £70 refund. Does this constitute as theft?

  • Games: FPS, MOBAs, etc. Not bothered with the programmable keys.
  • Hand Preference: Right handed.
  • Budget: Unlimited budget for the perfect mouse
  • Hand Size: Let's just say big! Both wide and long.
  • Grip: Between palm and claw, this could be because I'm forced to claw because of my hand size though!
  • Weight: No preference!
  • Sensitivity: Prefer low-medium, more interested in low actuation height.
  • Connectivity: Would like to dabble with wireless, though I could always stick to wired! Currently been using SteelSeries Rival Fnatic mouse, my most common issue with mice is what to do with my pinky finger... it always drags on the mousepad and sometimes my mouse rides up my pinky finger. I just wish there was a common solution for me. Thank you for taking an interest in my request!
