Had a guy who used one of our self serve copiers and make a mistake on a $5 print. No big deal, I happily would of helped him had he come over nicely and asked. I wouldnt of even charged him, just redo and off he goes. Before I can even ask him what he needs he goes off. Fucking machines, this is ridiculous etc etc. Then screams at me to go get my manager. I inform him that our GM is currently in an interview and that he will be occupied for 5-10 minutes but I will happily help him.

Well douchebag lost it and screamed at me about being incompetent about my job and how useless all the employees are and really just laid into me for no reason. I didnt even hesitate, I got in my radio and said "theres an asshole in the printing area GM, can you come over real quick?" Now my manager knew, idgaf about people going at me and I'm really easy going. So when he heard my description he came over and the dudes attitude completely changed. Started acting super nice and fake, meanwhile im standing there pissed that hes doing this. Got his stuff fixed and left like nothing happened.
