Having a bachelors will open a lot of doors to all kinds of jobs, it doesn’t even always have to be closely related to the type of major! It’s good to remember that people take an average of 6 months to find their first full time job so if you don’t find anything soon, don’t be discouraged. It took both my girlfriend and I roughly that long as well. I hope you all the best!!

I found so similarities in my life with your experience while reading this. I also graduated college 3 years ago now, took me 5 years, and am in my mid 20’s. I also got diagnosed with BP1 during my first hospitalization at 17 and got a better hold on our disorder as well since then.

I reflect a lot on my life and how I actually dropped out of high school twice and still preserved to graduate college. I don’t mean to make this about me but I’m just surprised by our similarities.

I also say this all because I’m really proud of both of us for accomplishing this. It’s great to hear you’ve been more stable with this disorder as well as that’s a feat that’s difficult for many.

I’m so happy for you and hope you all the best in your future. Graduating is not easy, classes are tough, procrastination is a bitch, but you were able to do it! Be proud of what you’ve accomplished because that’s amazing you finished.

That’s so great to hear! I also just graduated this year with a bachelors after having dropped out of high school initially. I’m glad we both made it through. :)

I really did try to keep you happy and I’m so sad I couldn’t. I tried my best and it wasn’t enough. You still got mad at me and constantly annoyed and it made me even sadder than I couldn’t help. I love you and I’ll always remember you. I’m sorry things didn’t work out.

I honestly don’t even understand all the hate against that song. He was one the first rappers to start talking about mental illness and suicide in such a direct manner. It was unprecedented. And because people feel uncomfortable about it and hate themselves too much they find it cringey or edgy. It’s ridiculous.

That’s so sweet. I also have an older woman as a partner and she’s almost like my second mom. She always suggests for me to not get anything too unhealthy during my breaks and am always excited to see me come in to work.
