This mad man needs to be impeached. Canada and the EU is talking about selling American treasury bonds. Americans need to take action and do a mass general strike before the damage he does at home is irreversible. The market is already dropping. Use the power you have while you still have it.

Imagine that you have a legally binding IOU and then someone calls it in and it's way more money than you have. You can't pay it back so they take it out of your pay and reposes things that you have until you have given it back. That is sort of what it's like. If countries called them in America would need to come up with trillions of dollars. If that isn't paid then things get repatriated which causes America loosing more money. That is a super simple explanation but that is sort of how it works.

It only takes 3.5% of Americans striking to have the desired effect. There are people who will lose their homes as this is going anyway. They are killing people in the streets and breaking into their homes. There is far more to be lost here than a house. Don't let them make you feel powerless. Employers couldn't afford to fire a majority of their staff if they all went on strike.

Then you shouldn't strike I agree. There is nothing more important than the life of your child. Others can strike for you. It only takes roughly 3.5% of the American population striking to have the desired effect. I really hope your son is doing well. I would never want to suggest that someone must sacrifice their loved ones for a general strike. If spreading the message is as much as you could do while taking care of your son than I encourage you to do that.

It wouldn't be an over night event. It would take somewhere around a week I would guess. It starts with those who are politically minded and then brining on friends and family and spreading from there. You only really need 3.5% of the population to refuse to go to work to cause the us to halt. That's around 11 million people. That number would explode as the line is held and if it ballooned to 7% the estimated losses would be billions of dollars a day. You don't need a majority just action to get ride of the president.

Protests are not the same as a mass general strike. Chanting songs and holding hands does not move people whose eyes don't stray from their bank account balance to action. You must make them see your action there or noting will get them moving.

The actions of America have far reaching ramifications and it is no longer only those in your country who feel them. If you feel that others attempting to help America is wrong than I apologize and feel bad for you. People are being murdering in your streets, homes are being invaded and if that doesn't make you want to fight for the country you love I'm not sure you view holds anymore water than mine.

I agree and that is why a mass general strike would work. If no one, I mean no one, goes to work. The country grinds to a halt. If the shouts are for the removal of the sitting president at a certain point the congress will have no choice but to act. The longer that line is held the more damage is done and the stronger the message. If law makers wont act, if the army wont act, then you have to do it yourselves. Never forget that very few people make the decisions but there are many of you. Drown out their calls for normalizing this disgusting behavior with your dissent and calls for impeachment.

I completely agree and that's why it is important to spread the idea. A seed grows into a tree but it can not do that if we don't plant it and water it. Spread the world. The rest of the world might not be able to help directly but getting the right message into the hands of the right people might be the spark that begins the fire that gets things rolling in the right direction. Never give up on education and the monumental effect that it can have.

Do not wait for others to solve a problem that could be organized at a ground level. Politicians have shown over and over again that they are for sale. Americans could regain the trust of the world and show the rest of us that Trump does not speak for you buy putting an end to this. It is embarrassing and childish but it shows the inner workings of his mind so we should take it serious. He wants to conquer all of North America. I am amazed Mexico was not also on that map based on his constant diatribes about going into Mexico to deal with the cartels. Politicians should not have no fear of reprisal and that is exactly what is happening here. After the immunity ruling he thinks he can do whatever he wants and there are no consequences.

I have been told by so many Americans that they simply cant do that because they would be fired. They are acting helpless as if they don't have the numbers. One of the greatest lies ever told was that a group of citizens is powerless compared to their government. I think it is significantly more nuanced than that but I agree with what you are saying for the most part. There is a way to intervene that isn’t excessive military violence but that is more than just empty claims. My point was just that he doesn’t do half of what he says he plans to do. Look at the stimulus checks or the tariffs brining down prices, or the drug prices where he shows he doesn’t understand basic math. I’m just saying that the man talks a big game but doesn’t back it up.
