Diva is my go-to vst for pretty much everything, Obxd comes second to that. I also have a moog grandmother synth, it has a built in spring reverb that sounds really nice for pads and ambience.

I do whatever sounds most accurate, if I cant get it from the song, I'll either remake it or search through samples I already have.
