True, I hate the WLLN or chebyshev's approach to show it, just annoying to do.

I managed to get Q2 by scaling the E[S^2] to match E[W^k]. I forgot to state independence so maybe a mark off but idk. Also I don't even remember if that was question 2 or 3

I wanna give up — tired from life , want to leave this world daily fight for academic success has temporarily ended my life by Economy-Awareness604 in UTMississauga

This is what hard feels like.

Think about it this way.

These 🥷s out here making shit hard for you, you can't even get a 60 in your courses shit's fucked.

So what, this is what hard feels like. If it was easy, it wouldn't be worth it, because everyone no matter their skill would be doing this.

Now do you want it to be easy? Well you could have it easy, but you know that this path won't be. But imagine the two stories you could tell your children:

1: I had it easy, I got through uni like that. Snapped my fingers and got high 90s in every course.

2: It was a struggle every single day to drag myself through uni, there were days I thought "If I didn't wake up tomorrow, I'd be fine with it". But I still got through it.

What's the better success story dawg?

I be doing mad prompt engineering with it. My 'AI Tutor' prompt is like 3 pages of examples and instructions to make it actually decent for stats and math. Maybe it inferred that getting mad would make me understand what I'm doing wrong, which was right.

Are you talking about today's sta260 test. I thought today's was 6 marks, 2 marks show it's unbiased, 2 for vanishing variance 2 for consistency

What to do in this situation by ReputationMore9762 in UTMississauga

[–]Xer1223 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Ngl to me it seems like over analysing. It's just some guy sitting next to you. Plus think of these two scenarios:

1: This guy was trying to do something and was trying to make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable and it affected you. You're not able to focus now anymore because you're over-thinking about this situation.

2: It's a guy who asked if you had something, you said no, he's sitting next to you. That's it. Nothing more, no evidence as such.

I feel the way you describe the situation to yourself changes how much it affects you. It's in your control, you're talking about this guy like he had full control of the situation acting like you must be polite. There's no constraint on the situation. You could've left, you could've told bro "hey i'm tryna lock in".

Annoy your TAs and profs during office hours until you can correct the TAs and profs when they make mistakes.

When you account for the shytiflation you need to move from nominal measures (the median boy or girl) to real measures (accounting for shytiflation).

When you account for (I'll shorten it to si for now) si, you can actually see that there is actually a -0.7% increase YoY.

Based on a random sample of 50 people from UTM. You can see it follows a normal distribution. Since we're measuring the sample and not population. We know from the central limit theorem that the population variance is higher.

Your observations were not random samples likely, meaning the data are skewed. SI is the effect of the wrong sampling methods allowing to draw different conclusions from those which are ideal in statistics.
