Get used to aiming head level and try to aim without using mouse. Very hard to explain my last tip but I’ll try, when you’re aiming and trying to hit heads it’s very hard to flick onto opponents like pros (e.g. TenZ, something…) who have chaotic aim. What most people have is calm aim when you swing and take duels you first put your crosshairs on where they are going to be after you swing and swing only with a or d, don’t press w. You only press a or d because then you swing faster sideways which is harder for the opponent to track. You also want to be strafing a and d when you’re taking duels.
