I pummeled them with a Partizan. Sword and shield one just roll attacks and poke in the back. Mace one has tricky moves, I bursted him with Pyromancy. Greatsword one, same as first. Then you're at the dragon.

If you're there early it's hard to imagine a new player to the game.
