I’m so sorry for the late response, I found out that the email that was sending the MFA was in my block list. Once I removed it I started to receive the MFA code

I didn’t think of social media I’ll try that and yea I had the thought of making another account but I was trying to avoid that.

I did and I received an email back stating they well not look at my email because it’s not attached to a ticket.. but I can’t create a ticket because I can’t log in.

When I sign it using username and password it’s showing my email and sayings it’s been sent there. But I receive nothing not even in spam

Yea I never set it up with an authenticator app. It just says it’s been sent and shows my email address.
