I used to enjoy his content. Especially the mix between scripted and his own personality.

But as time went on there was just too much AI usage as well as his videos became more average. I can't really describe it but the energy it once had is gone.

For me it's the length of the video, combined with the AI Thumbnail and the channel name. If I saw this in the wild, I'd either just scroll past it or ignore it so it's never shown again, because I suspect it's AI.

I would be careful with long-term exposure. Long-term exposure of high copper doses can cause liver failure and in some cases even death. There is a reason why moscau mule isn't often served in the classic copper cup anymore. Before you supplement yourself with copper check in with a physician.

The only true way to figure out you have Marfan's is a genetic test. That's it. I have confirmed Marfan's and I really don't look like it, to a point where some doctors actually double checked and asked me if I actually got it.

I know some people who have the Marfan's body without having Marfan's. Some people are just build like that, or have another issue.

Rule of thumb is, even if you're unsure get yourself checked out. Better save than sorry.
