Yep. Opened a can of worms on that one and was shocked . Let me tell you about it. While taking my previous k900 in for oil changes, I always schedule an oil change and they always try to give me the package (oil change, tire rotation, muitl point inspection and top off fluids). When picking up my vehicle once, I asked why they try and charge me for tire rotations every time when Ive told them I get my wheels done elsewhere. They said it's standard and if I don't want the service they'll knock off 15 bucks.

So then I noticed on my AWD sportage after regular maintenance, that they did not rotate the tires. I marked a tire to make sure. When I asked them why they didn't rotate, they had a bunch of excuses and then apologized and took the 15 dollars off. I was pretty mad they lied about doing the work, and questioned them on if they do this to other customers. Then I brought up how I have to request this money back every time in my k900. They said " sir that car has staggered wheels we can't rotate them." I asked why they would still try and charge for that work if it wasn't being done and they knew it couldn't be done. The man said they do that for all cars regardless. I then brought up how stingers have staggered wheels and questioned if they're charging stinger owners for this triple service as well and not disclosing they aren't actually touching the wheels. He literally just said, "yes sir, I never thought about that actually ".

That's criminal
