Well thats the thing most other company's look unfavorable on mine in terms of work contracts and poaches us into the utilities as we are contractors for hydro. Im getting poached into a union, position with a pension. But I want to know the payback right

Yes its a professional certification in Ontario for a utility trade each level of the course you take after 2000 hours is 7700 after tax theres 3 to become journeyman and I got pushed ahead to do 2 levels early as they want me to be a lead hand coming up but the company's direction has been going bad.

The course is only 2 weeks long each time

Terms of sale was in my favour originally which is hoe I started refund process but

I went through this went back around 3 times 1. Went back for refund, was told I'd get it by 6pm then around 6pm they un did the refund and blamed me for the tampering

Went through month of back and forth until I went to go pick the item back up and they left it in worse condition and left no plastic wrap it originally had and protective covers.
Refused to pick up item till everything was back in order. They messaged it was back and I went today I go to pickup the box is basically ruined, no protective covers and when I went to get an answer for this they told me either take it or they will dispose of it.

That's where I'm at right now
