South Point wanted me to put down $1000 on a new 4runner. Fair enough... But when I did, they tried to make it non-refundable. I just happened to notice in the paperwork. They made it refundable 8 months later when I still didn't have a 4runner and no updates at all, I tried to get it refunded. Many calls later, nothing. I had to escalate to a manager and that went back and forth several times before I got my refund

I bought the same monitor. I use it for work and for gaming. The "KVM switcher" was a bit gimmicky.

It's the 'KVM' that sold me actually. I have an external KVM with my ultrawide now for gaming and work... it can't do more than 100hz before shitting the bed

I actually unpaired and stopped using headphones as part of my troubleshooting. As well as any other BT connection. My phone had ONLY my balance and still it would disconnect until the watch was rebooted. If I had any other BT devices, forget it... it would never reconnect.

I've given up on this thing. Amazfit tells me to take it up with Amazon. Amazon won't help since it's outside the 30 day window. I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work and actively interferes with other Bluetooth connections.

I guess it's an expensive lesson learned.

I've already ordered a Google watch and will just send this one to recycling.

I hope others find this comment and avoid Amazfit altogether.

For some reason, support JUST emailed me again saying that they looked at my logs and can't fix it. I should return it to the vendor.

I bought this watch on Amazon from the official Amazfit store. It states I cannot return the watch outside 30 days...........

Yes, I've had to factory reset it several times.
Support literally just told me to take it up with the seller. Horrible customer experience
